born in New York and now a high school sophomore in Korea. English is the comfort zone, but life's been bilingual on and off. I find myself laughing and trying my hardest beyond classrooms and on the court with volleyball and basketball. Funny and loyal with a real care for style in both personalities and appearances, I have my equal time for practicing music and listening to classic R&B. You wouldn't understand the amount of repetition of Frank Ocean, Tyler the Creator, Cigarettes After Sex, and Pierce the Veil I have in my playlist. 

My dream is to study psychology, especially clinical, because I'm curious about what shapes the human mind, why we feel certain emotions, and tend to behave a certain way. Understanding mental health doesn't just fascinate me academically: I want to uncover how empathy can be more than just a feeling, how it can become real support for people who are navigating challenges mentally. It was only second year of middle school when I realized how much of an impact our mentality can be to our lives and how we define ourselves.
